Information for vendors

The doors to the venue open at 12:00 on Friday. All the tables will be set up already and you can easily find your assigned space as each will be marked with your name.

To unload your car or van, enter from the road just opposite the main train station. Temporary parking is available just outside the venue, but we urge people to unload quickly and move their vehicles when they are emptied and to find a permanent spot either by the train station or in one of the many other parking lots nearby.

At 14:00 general visitors will be admitted.

Tables and chairs

Space is limited to about 60 vendors, depending on how many tables each vendor reserves. Each table is 2m long and costs EUR 46, which Sabine will ask you for on Sunday morning unless other arrangements have been made. Chairs are available and absolutely free but you have to get them from the storage area at the venue yourself 😊

Packing up to go home

Officially, the event ends at 13:00 on Sunday. That said, the packing usually starts a bit earlier, depending on how long the vendor needs to drive to get back home.
